More Feedback on Love Event
Hi Everyone-
I trust you all are enjoying the sunshine!! I met with a guy who is doing advising in the UNST program because he saw the stickers in the bathroom and read the article in the Vanguard. he was very impressed and said that he enjoyed the notes in the mens room and they stayed up for a while in the bathroom he went into!
He formerly worked at OSU where they started a "men's center" and is very intersted in starting one at psu (as a student group). The central theme would be supporting men in non patriarchial ways. If you want me to forward your name to him, email me at psu.
Great work! I'm also interested in turning the Love Event into an annual thing sponsored by Women's Studies. Can someone email me all of the different things that were happening: hugs, listening, masculinity, affirmations and ???? I know there were more. I'll create a draft of a proposal and then anyone who is interested in helping to define this more we can get together. More later!!

How exciting an annual love event, and a men's center, the love ethic has become such a catalyst. I will e-mail what I can remember in terms of all the happenings that we included!
